Once the availability of the apartment has been verified, you will be requested to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.

Cancellation policy
- If you cancel untill 20 days before your check-in it will be free of charge.
- If you cancel later than 20 days before check-in day the host might charge you a fee which is the deposit
