The rates of the apartment

The apartment is independent you don't have to share it with other guests, it's only for you.
The rates of the apartments include all extra taxes (light, gas, wather...) and they depend to the season of the stay.
Low season: 7th of January - 28th of February; 1st of July - 31st of August; 3rd of November - 22nd of December
High season: 1st of March - 30th of June; 1st of September - 2nd of November
Special season: Christmas and New Years (Dec 26 - Jan 3, minimum stay 4nights) and for Easter weekend ( from Friday - Tuesday) 10% increase will be applied to all rates
