How do I book an apartment?
You can book the apartment with credit card ad guarantee direcly online using the online reservation form thet you find on the right of every page of the website.
You can also make the booking sending us an availability inquiry. Verify the availability of the apartment as written in the reseration page. Then you'll be required to pay a deposit of the price of 1 night with bank transfer, paypal or credit card.
Once we recive the deposit you'll get an email with the voucher of the reservation.

How do I pay the deposit?
If you've choosen the online reservation there's no need of deposit, we need your credit card details only as guarante we wont take money from it.
If you have choosen to make the reservation not online, the deposit can be made with bank transfer, paypal or credit card.

How do I pay the balance?
The balance is due at check-in in cash, paypal or credit card.

What does the price of the holiday include?
The price of the holiday includes electricity, gas, cleaning during and at the end of your stay, supply of bed linen and towels, VAT and the Rome tourist tax.

How much do children pay?
Children under 6 years old pay half price. Children aged 7 or over pay the full adult price.

It's possible to book a shuttle service to/from the apartment?
Our airport taxi service must be booked at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. The following prices are charged:

Where will I find the keys of the apartment?
You will be given the keys at check-in in the apartment.

When can I check in? At what time will the apartment be ready?
Generally speaking you can check in any time after 13:00 a.m. If the apartment is ready beforehand, you may be able to check in earlier.

At what time we are expected to check-out?
You must check-out by 10:30 a.m. of your day of departure. In any case you can leave the luggage in the apartment untill 1:00 p.m.

What penalties are payable in the case of cancellation of a booking?
- If you cancel untill 10 days before your check-in it will be free of charge.
- If you cancel later than 10 days before check-in day the host might charge you a fee which is the deposit.

Will there be other be people in the apartment I have booked?
Absolutely not.
You will have exclusive use of the whole apartment throughout your stay.

Can I rent an apartment for less than a week?
Yes, ther's no minumum stay. Nevertheless you should bear in mind that holidays of one week or longer are more economical as the price per night is considerably lower.

Can I start my holiday on any day of the week?
Yes. There are no fixed change over days.

Will bed and bath linen be supplied?
Yes. All the apartments are supplied with towels and bed linen.

Will hairdryers and irons be supplied?
Yes. All the apartments are supplied with a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed in the apartments although specific request should be made prior to booking.
