- The Area
Trastevere it's one of the most antique area of Rome. Its medieval small roads in which you can breath the authentic popular mood exalted by poets like Belli and Trilussa, contain restaurants, cafes, and piano bar, but also owns plenty of high artistic value monuments like the churches of Santa Maria in Trastevere endowed with the most important medieval mosaics of Rome, Santa Cecilia, San Crisogono, the ancient San Cosimato hospital with its Claustrum besides the principles palaces Corsini, the Farnesina with the Raffaello paintings, the botanical garden, the several libraries and art galleries. Via della Scala it's a very quite street located a few yards from Garibaldi bridge and from the Tiberina Isle and from there, with five minutes walk, you can reach Farnese Square, Campo de’ Fiori, the Jewish Ghetto, the Campidoglio and Navona Square. The area is perfectly served by public transport like buses and the recently realised high technological level electric streetcar that allows to reach Argentina Square in few minutes and from there any other part of Rome historical centre.
- The Apartment
The apartment is composed with 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom overlooks a quite garden, it has a confortable double bed evenly divisible, the roof is in old brick of "cotto"; the second bedroom overlooks with two luminous windows via della Scala, it's a very big room with double bed well furnished, it has an antique roof in wood; the third bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard, it has a double bed, there's a roof in wood; a large living room that has a double sofà-bed, also this room has roof in wood; the kitchen is very confortable, it overlooks an inner garden, it's fully furnished and equipped with gas stove, freezer, plates, cutlery, cups and glasses; the 2 bathrooms have showers.
There's also an entrance room where you can find the maps of the city and the museums guides.
